Conversely, empty legs are never guaranteed – your departure time and aircraft availability are subject to a host of gating factors: mechanical failures, upline flights, and the ability of the original charter customer to stick to his schedule.
• Complimentary Deluxe Catering – instead of soft drinks and potato chips, Palms Jet Pass customers may order free-of-charge from our deluxe catering menu.
• 24 Hour Cancellation – book flights with confidence. Instead of the 100% cancellation penalty associated with empty legs, Palms customers may cancel or change a flight with 24 hours notice.

Regent Jet acts as an agent for customers negotiating and facilitating private air travel. Regent Jet does not own or operate aircraft. All flights are operated by FAR Part 135 air carriers ("Operators"), who shall maintain full Operational Control at all times. Operators providing service for Regent Jet must meet both FAA safety requirements and additional safety standards established by Regent Jet.
