Justin Sullivan
Founder & CEO
Regent Jet was founded by entrepreneur Justin Sullivan to provide lifestyle private jet travelers with smart, savvy private jet solutions.
In addition to overseeing the firm, Sullivan works with a portfolio of personal clients. Sullivan's professionalism, depth of industry experience and honesty are unmatched. He is a recognized private aviation thought leader, providing insight and counsel to High Net Worth individuals, celebrities, athletes and entertainers worldwide. In addition, Sullivan has appeared on CNBC's High Net Worth program, CEO-TV, and Executive Roundtable Radio, and has been quoted numerous times in leading publications worldwide, including The New York Times and Halogen Guides.
Prior to founding the company, Sullivan was the first executive hire at OneSky Jets, joining as vice president of sales and later building and managing the company's Private Client Group: ultimately leading to the vision that is now Regent Jet. While at OneSky, Sullivan and his team led the company into several new markets, producing triple-digit revenue growth with breakthrough brand-building and customer acquisition strategies.
Earlier in his career, Sullivan was the vice president of sales for VizQuest Ventures, a strategic sales, marketing and management consulting company focused on the high tech marketplace. Earlier in his career, Sullivan was the founder and president of Affordable Luxuries, Inc., a multimillion-dollar direct marketing distributor for Yankee Candle throughout North and South America. Under Sullivan's direction, the company built a distribution network of 3,000 independent representatives and acquired over 100,000 customers.
Sullivan began his career as an outside sales representative EMC Corporation.
Justin Sullivan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Bentley College, Waltham, MA. He lives north of Boston with his wife Marianne and their four children.
Jennifer Kane
Director of Flight Services
Jen Kane brings 11 years of experience managing private aviation travel for Fortune 100 companies. Prior to joining Regent Jet, Jen served as a senior dispatcher in the private jet department of a major Hollywood studio.
Jen, a graduate of UCLA, is a native of Southern California and lives in Boston, MA.

Regent Jet acts as an agent for customers negotiating and facilitating private air travel. Regent Jet does not own or operate aircraft. All flights are operated by FAR Part 135 air carriers ("Operators"), who shall maintain full Operational Control at all times. Operators providing service for Regent Jet must meet both FAA safety requirements and additional safety standards established by Regent Jet.
